Pack or week: which do I buy?

If you’ll do the checklist yourself on a box you admin (shop PC, Pi, NVR/PC), get the Access Pack ($99). Mid-tier setups (pack+hour, break-glass) are on the full offers menu. If you want me to wire it with you, or fix something half-alive that’s eating your week. That’s a week job.

Is the Access Pack a managed service?

No. ZIP checklist. Your Tailscale, your Healthchecks, your accounts. Not 24/7 watch. Not website-only uptime pings. Not Ring / cloud cameras you can’t install software on.

Only Oklahoma City?

Home base is Edmond / OKC. Pack is digital (anywhere). Week jobs: if I can reach your systems cleanly, remote is fine; if it needs hands on a box or a roof, I’ll come out.

What do you need from me for a week?

Name the one system. Someone who can say yes to access. A clear Friday “done.” We write that down before anything goes live.
